MyMedBot - Daily Screening

DAILY SYMPTOM & EXPOSURE SCREENING THROUGH THE MyMedBot APP

OVERVIEW
You will need to perform at home screening for Covid-19 symptoms and Covid-19 exposure for each child/ren on a daily basis before sending them to school.

INVITATION & APP INSTALLATON
You will receive an email with an invitation to register with MyMedBot. The app allows you to report multiple students with the same, master email account. (We have uploaded your most recently provided emails for this, but please let the School know if you need to add a different email).

Once you receive the invitation please download it to your smartphone and start using the app right away so you can familiarize yourself with the process  before in-person school starts. Please read through the user guide, including the FAQ, here: https://www.mymedbot.lu/app-user-guide.

The app and its quick survey should be filled out 7 days a week.  Yep, that means weekends, too!  The app is pre-set to push out reminders at 7am on weekdays and 9am on weekends.  It can be accessed on the app 4 hours before those times. You will get reminder notifications every 30 mins if you have not completed the screening.

EACH MORNING’S PROCEDURE
Each morning, please take your child/ren’s temperature, reporting your findings via the MyMedBot App by 7:30am. Make it part of the morning routine. The idea is to catch symptoms at home before coming to school.

If your child has symptoms, even mild, they need to stay home.

IF SYMPTOMS PRESENT
Should your child present any symptoms, even mild ones, they will need to stay home. Please consult with your doctor for potential Covid-19 testing when they:

have symptoms consistent with Covid-19
have been in close contact with someone that has tested positive for Covid-19
have been in close contact with someone that has symptoms of Covid-19, awaiting test results.
So, if household members are sick, your child should stay home.

If your child has any chronic conditions that overlap with Covid-19 symptoms (for example: asthma, migraines, allergies, etc.) please connect with Nurse Hanne to discuss them.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

We have implemented many mitigation factors at School, such as screening, wearing masks, distancing, hand hygiene, disinfection, ventilation, and the creation of cohorts. Please mirror these practices at home to keep everyone safe.
