Travel & Gather Protocol

revised March 25, 2021

COVID-19 UPDATE | Revised Quarantine Period

As of January 19, we have updated our travel and gathering policy to reflect the LADPH’s 10-day symptom-free quarantine period, which has been shortened from the original 14-day period. This standardizes the quarantine period for travel or for individuals identified as close contacts to an active case.

We are currently following the February 3 Travel Advisory and Guidance.

As with each return to campus, your child must present a negative, FDA-approved SarsCoV-2 PCR test result (NOT antibody or antigen test) before coming onto campus. Prior PCR test results are considered expired.

TRAVEL

For the time being, members of the School community should follow the current Travel Orders as set forth by the Department of Public Health.

If you or your family must travel, please follow our community protocols and quarantine for 10 days prior to students’ returning to campus. This 10-day quarantine period is mandatory and cannot be avoided or shortened by “testing out” of it.

GATHERINGS & RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

Please help us in following the latest Health Order and CDPH Guidelines and Recreation & Sports Leagues Protocols.

If you have questions or need clarification about travel/visitor plans, please contact the School Nurse [email protected] to discuss requirements for a safe re-entry into the school community.
