List of Neighbor Meetings
The annual community meeting will be held on a weeknight in June. An invitation can be mailed to any neighbor requesting such notice in writing. Requests can be sent to [email protected].
June 18, 2024 - Annual Community Meeting with neighbors on the CUP in the Church Music Room at 6 pm.
 
June 22, 2023 - Annual Community Meeting with neighbors on the CUP outside FAR at 6pm.
June 29, 2022 - Annual Community Meeting with neighbors on the CUP in FAR at 6 pm.
June 28, 2021 - Annual Community Meeting with neighbors on the CUP in FAR at 6 pm.
July 7, 2020 - Annual Community Meeting with neighbors on the CUP at 6:30 pm via Zoom.
June 13, 2019 - Annual Community Meeting with neighbors on the CUP in FAR at 6 pm.

June 24, 2014 - Open house for neighbors to answer questions and discuss any concerns. The meeting was held in FAR (Frost Assembly Room) at 6 pm. Invitations were sent to homeowners in the area. 
November 12, 2013 - Parish and School representatives met with three neighbors and Tricia Keane, Planning Director for City Councilman Mike Bonin, to further discuss the proposed CUP modifications.

October 24, 2013 - Open house held for neighbors to answer questions and discuss any concerns.  The meeting was held in FAR (Frost Assembly Room) at 7 pm. Invitations were sent to homeowners in the area.
September 16, 2013 - Stu Work attended the MKPOA Board meeting in the church music room to answer questions regarding the CUP modifications.  
August 15, 2013 – Parish and School representatives met with neighbors and Noel Fleming and Tricia Keane of City Councilman Mike Bonin's staff, to discuss the proposed CUP modifications.
July 24, 2013 – Stu Work and Parents’ Council President Monica Lacy visited homes on Bienveneda Ave to discuss any concerns the neighbors may have.
June 1, 2013 – Stu Work attended the annual meeting of the Marquez Knolls Property Owners Association.
May 1, 2013 – Stu Work hosted an open house at Mr. Work’s residence, located on the St. Matthew’s property, for interested neighbors to discuss the proposed CUP modifications.  Invitations had been sent to homeowners in the area.
April 22, 2013 – Stu Work and other Parish / School representatives met with a concerned neighbor at Mr. Work’s house.
March 18, 2013 – Stu Work and several Trustees attended the Marquez Knolls Property Owners Association monthly meeting to discuss the Parish’s and School’s plans in more detail and answer any questions neighbors may have. 
March 7, 2013 –Stu Work, the Rector of St. Matthew’s Parish, and several St. Matthew’s Board of Trustees members attended the meeting of Pacific Palisades Community Council Land Use Committee to discuss the Parish’s and School’s plans in more detail and to respond to preliminary neighborhood concerns.
March 6, 2013 – St. Matthew’s Head of School Stu Work met with neighbors at a home on Bienveneda Avenue for a discussion regarding the proposed CUP modification and to discuss such neighbors’ concerns.
