Conditional Use Permit

St. Matthew’s Parish School has been listening to the concerns of our fellow Bienveneda residents and others and we have worked hard to revise the Conditional Use Permit to meet the needs of the School as well as our neighbors. The Zoning Administrator has issued a new Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for St. Matthew's, effective March 17, 2015. The document is available below and was mailed to interested parties by the city.
