Application Process

St. Matthew’s Parish School welcomes applications from qualified students at all grade levels.  However, there are several key entry points, which include Preschool I (three years old) and 5th and 6th grades where spaces are built in.

The menu on the left will provide you with information that is particular to the application process for each grade level.  Below is general information about the application process.

Timeline for applying for the 2011-12 School year:

August 2010:  Please fill out our online application request form in order to receive your application packet.  Applications for all grade levels are generally available during the first week of September.

Fall 2010:  Please check our website frequently for more information regarding admission events, including open houses and tours.

Preschool I and II	December 3, 2010
Kindergarten	December 17, 2010
1st – 8th Grade	January 28, 2011

                                          Age requirements for 2011-12 Applicants:

Preschool I	Boys: 3 before June 1, 2011	Girls: 3 before September 1, 2011
Preschool II	Boys: 4 before June 1, 2011	Girls: 4 before September 1, 2011
KIndergarten	Boys: 5 before June 1, 2011	Girls: 5 before September 1, 2011
